Sabaloka support FAQ

Help with backups, offline play, bugs and availability.

The released Android games work offline. Downloading or updating through Google Play, opening a website and sending support email use external services and may need a connection.

Use the game’s backup option to export a backup file, keep it somewhere safe, then use the restore option in the same game on your new phone. Keep the original until you have checked that the restore worked.

Yes, progress is stored on your phone. Before uninstalling, clearing app storage or changing phones, export a backup. Reinstalling won’t recover local progress on its own.

Close and reopen the game, then check Google Play for an update. If the problem continues, send a support request with the game name, app version, phone model, Android version and the steps that caused it.

Which game you are using, what you expected, what happened instead and how to repeat it. Your phone model, Android version and app version help. Check screenshots for personal information before attaching them.
